Fee for a valuation of stock options or RSUs (publically traded company)
We accept VISA, MasterCard, money orders, certified cheques and personal cheques. To pay by VISA/MasterCard, complete the following form.
| Valuation of stock options (includes the valuation and a formal report). | $850 plus tax for the first grant, and $100 plus tax for each additional grant. |
| Valuation of restricted stock units (includes the valuation and a formal report). | $550 plus tax for the first grant, and $100 plus tax for each additional grant. |
Process for a requesting a valuation of your stock options or RSUs (publically traded company)
In order to have your stock options or RSUs valued, please:
- Provide us with the following information for each stock option/RSU grant:
- the date of the grant
- the number of options/units
- the expiry date
- any vesting provisions or other restrictions.
